Fixed price against a written specification. You are not billed by the hour, and there is no change-request theatre. If the specification changes we re-quote in writing before anything is drawn. Figures exclude photography, licensing and third-party services, quoted separately at cost.

How do you price?
Fixed, against the specification. You see one number and the document it is measured against before anything starts.

What makes a good brief?
What the thing must do, who it is for, what already exists, when it has to be live, and roughly what you can spend.

Do you work with in-house teams?
Often. We write the specification and the tokens; your team builds against them. Handover is the whole point.

Do you do maintenance?
Not as a retainer. We fix what we built for twelve months, and we still answer the phone after that.

Who owns the work?
You do. Files, tokens and source are transferred at handover, with nothing held back as leverage.

Can you start sooner?
Sometimes. Two slots each quarter are held for work that already has a specification written.
